Material Management

Materials Management Unit is the Supply Chain arm of the company and is critical and central to all the activities of the company. It covers the acquisition of spare parts and replacements, quality control of purchasing and ordering such parts, and the standards involved in ordering, shipping, and warehousing the said parts.

The activities of our Unit start early on in the project from the tendering stage itself, and on award of the Contract, it ensures that the correct materials are at site at the correct time and at the correct price, conforming to the stringent quality norms prescribed by the client and consultant.
